Shortcut missing

Shortcuts are missing from your desktop/start menu?

1.  Call local IT for directions on copying shortcuts from the Start Menu to the desktop.

2.  If there are no shortcuts in the start menu and the IT department cannot locate them in the Windows\Users folder, then a reinstall of the apps is required to replace the shortcuts.

•        To run setup go to:   \\admin_server_hostname\VUE\VUE Testing System\app\setup\setup.exe
